Youth Academy: allow sending promoted players back to the academy

Platform: PS5 (digital). Mode: Manager Career. Game version: 1.0.4. My game is in Spanish, so I am translating the menu names.

In Manager Career, once a youth player is promoted to the first team (from age 16), his career starts and I cannot send him back to the Youth Academy. In real football a club can call up a youngster and then send him back to the academy.

This matters in situations like an injury crisis. Sometimes I need a 16 or 17 year old to fill the bench or play a few matches, but I do not want to keep him in the first team afterwards. The only option I have is to loan him out, which is not the same thing.

This also affects my academy spots. Sometimes I promote a player just to free a place, and I would rather be able to move him back later.

This is the same in FC 27 and FC 26.

Suggestion: please let us send promoted youth players back to the Youth Academy, at least within a limited period or while they are young.
