FC 27 Closed Beta - Original and Replacement Codes Both Rejected on PS5

Hi EA team,

I received an FC 27 Closed Beta code, but PlayStation rejected the code when I tried to redeem it.

I then used EA's official Beta Code Tool and received a replacement code, but the replacement code is also rejected by PlayStation.

I contacted EA Support via Live Chat, and the advisor confirmed that Beta code issues are being handled by the FC 27 Beta team on the forums.

Could a Community Manager or Beta team member please check why both my original and replacement codes are being rejected?

Platform: PS5

Region: North America PlayStation account and The USA EA account

I have screenshots showing the issue and can provide them if needed.
