I haven't received my FC27 closed beta

I’ve submitted and completed the form that allows me to access the FC27 pre-testing beta through the pre-testing page. However, I haven’t received any correspondence related to FC27 in my email. Could you please look into this matter? I’m eagerly anticipating trying the game before it’s released through pre-order.
