Refund request

EA_Claus​ I bought EA FC 27 Standard Edition at the end of August along with EA Play Pro, which I bought last night. It will not let me upgrade or anything, and I read that it would. Is there any chance I could get a refund? (It isn't letting me do that either.)

    To request a refund for the game or your membership, if you don't have the option to do so in the Refund Tool, you might need to contact the Customer Support team using the Contact us button at the bottom of this guide.

    EA_Claus​ I don't see the option on refund tool. I need to get in touch with customer support but contact us is only giving me an ai bot. the 24 hr window will pass

    Hey Hearthrob_Cule​,

    Please check whether you can submit a Support Request while not logged into your EA Account, using the Continue as a guest option, and while using an Incognito Window in your Internet Browser.

    Please let me speak with a real human, it's either self-help (that doesn't work) or some AI bot that redirects me to self-help tool that doesn't work. Help me refund EA FC 27 that I just bought few hours ago.
