Twitch Drops Glitch
When watching the EA Sports FC 27 First Gameplay stream on Twitch, me and many others were unable to claim our drop rewards due to what seems to be an issue with account connections.
When I go into my drops inventory on Twitch, it says I need to connect my Twitch account to EA. When I click that button, EA says my Twitch account is already linked and I can head back to Twitch. However, when I refresh, Twitch still asks me to connect my EA account. Upon checking my EA account settings, I could see that EA shows my twitch account as linked, and it matches the username on my Twitch account I am trying to claim the drops on.
As a result of this, I also contacted Twitch regarding the issue and they claim on their end, it is showing that my Twitch account isn't linked to my EA account. The issue I have now is that I can't unlink and relink my Twitch account to my EA account until 2027 as I already tried that. From doing research, I can see that I am not the only person this issue is affecting, and many people will lose out on drops as a result of this.

I have hidden my twitch name for privacy reasons, but can confirm it does indeed match the name on my twitch account
