Can't Connect to EA Servers – Internet Connection Works Fine

I'm having trouble connecting to EA servers on my PS5. The error message keeps saying that I've lost my internet connection, even though my internet is working perfectly fine. I've tested other online games, and they all work without any issues.

I've already tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended on the EA Help page, including changing my DNS settings and clearing the cache, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
