connection problems and getting kicked out of games

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you because I am experiencing serious problems with EA SPORTS FC 27 on my PlayStation 5.

I constantly get disconnected from online matches, especially in Ultimate Team. The game keeps lagging, freezing and kicking me out of games. As a result, I lose matches even when I am winning or playing normally.

I pay for PlayStation Plus every month specifically to play online, and I also purchased your game. I believe it is unacceptable that I cannot enjoy the game properly because of these technical problems.

I have already tried changing my LAN connection settings, but the problem continues.

I would like you to investigate my connection problems and explain why I keep getting disconnected from matches. I would also appreciate compensation for the matches and rewards I have lost because of these issues.

Please take this complaint seriously and help me resolve this problem.
