Title: FC 27 Ultimate Team Rivals – Extremely High Ping (1000–2000ms) on Xbox Series S
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing a serious connection issue in EA SPORTS FC 27.
My ping suddenly increases to 1000–2000ms when playing Ultimate Team Division Rivals.
My platform: Xbox Series S
Game Mode: Ultimate Team – Division Rivals
Ping: 1000–2000ms
I have already tried the following:
* Restarted my Xbox.
* Fully quit and restarted the game.
* Cleared Alternate MAC Address.
* Tested a wired Ethernet connection.
* Tested a different internet connection.
* Confirmed my NAT Type is Open.
Important: EA SPORTS FC 26 works perfectly on the same Xbox and internet connection. The issue only happens in FC 27.
I suspect there may be a problem with FC 27’s server connection or matchmaking routing.
Please investigate this issue and help me resolve it.

Happening to me too. The most frustrating thing is that EA keep blaming our WiFi and insisting the issue isn’t on their end, rather than acknowledging the problem and trying to fix it, when it’s clearly a widespread issue affecting players worldwide! Typical EA never failing to disappoint.
