FC 27 Lite Triggers "Feature Disabled" on Web/Companion App

My Web App and Companion App had full access to Transfer Market, SBCs, Evolutions and Objectives after FC 27 launched.

I then downloaded and played FC 27 Lite. After that, Web App and Companion started showing “Feature Disabled” / “Transfers Unavailable”.

The Transfer Market and all these features still work normally inside the full FC 27 game.

I have also checked my EA Penalty History and it shows “No penalties or appeals on your account.”

The issue also existed before I started the 10-hour EA Play trial, so EA Play did not cause the issue.

Please check whether my Web/Companion entitlement or account eligibility has become desynchronized after playing FC 27 Lite.

    Hi

    I started my Ea Play Trial yesterday, played some UT and since then I cannot do anything on the web app & companion app. Almost all features are locked and says "Feature disabled"

    It's weird because I could use it before my trial.

    Is it a bug or because I don't own the game ?

    Same problem on my end, any updates? Cause it worked fine until like 2 days ago, was fine before then.

    Same issue nobody cares about us 

    not able to open a ticket 

    probably gonna cancel ea play and dont  buy EAFC 27

    I been using the web app since the game was realeased for ultimate edition and it wasworking fine when i played the fc27 lite version the web app says Feature disabeled on sbc, objectives , evolutions and transfer market

    but for me I didnt even have a Ea Play trial, just randomly logged in to the web app one day and voila, everything unavailable, cheers EA

    I've found a fix. Request a refund for FC27 Lite via the PS Store then reinstall the trial version.

    I have the exact same problem, lost access to web app and companion when i downloaded fc27 lite. I hadnt even used up my 10 hour trial. This has never happened before, ive been playing FUT since 2013.
