FC Manager Career Save File Not Loading

I started a manager mode yesterday and saved it but when I loaded the game up today there was no option to load and only to start a new one. I started a new one to see what would be shown when I went to save. There is not anything shown on the "Main slots" tab but under "Free Up Space" my old save is shown. Does anyone know how to access this file?

    EDIT I found a fix for this!

    Hey man I have the exact same issue but in PS5! Did you find a fix yet? I can see the save in the free up slots tab but I still can’t find a way to get in it ffs. Really really annoying.

    Would be nice if you said how did you fix it instead of just saying that you found the fix.
