Fc27 Constant connection issues.

Have you tried any of the suggestions in this article for connection troubleshooting?

Hi, I’m having the same issues all day 

severe loading times when in the menu, can’t do anything 

Even when trying to load into ultimate team i get this message 

‘There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.’ 

Please is there some sort of troubleshooting we can do?

I have tried checking for updates, clearing my PS5 system cache, deleting and re-installing the game 

I’ve seen many issues in the south east Asia area (I’m located in Mumbai)

Here’s the photos, however this has got nothing to do with my problem. As I’m not lagging in game, I’m lagging in the menus as I’ve said……

Of course I’ve tried the trouble shooting, none of that works. There needs to be a fix your side as it is obvious from my replies and everyone else’s, it’s not client side problem. The match history won’t help you decipher a problem that’s not happening in a match…. 
I expect a solution and not a response that is a copy and paste, one that’s actually applying a solution to my problem. It’s really pathetic.

EA_Aljo​  Having the same issuesss.. it is happening post update.. Everything was working fine before that.. Couldn`t complete events , couldn`t sign in games... couldn`t get tokens. who will compensate for your server mistakes ? for the money we paid

Thank you. Your connection looks pretty solid. However, it's always possible the packet loss could be causing the disconnects. We'll continue to monitor for any issues on our end. It would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

Can you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

EA_Aljo​ I shall send it. However just wanted to let you know everything worked fine before the update. Something has been mishapenning at the server end for sure.. As a troubleshooting I have kept fc 26 on download as well.. Will let u know if that works fineeee as well

EA_Aljo​ the connectivity if/when we do get into a match isn’t the issue

the issue is in the menus. 5-10 minutes load times to get into ultimate team, another 5 minutes wait to load a section of ultimate team (SBC, objectives, play modes), and seeing the “ultimate team is not available right now” message 10 times in between!

in a game I get 6-8ms ping. That is not the issue

All of this is linked to the new update! That is the culprit

I fully Support what blade_jai​  is stating in the above. .  I am on a PS5 and had been I hAVE been playing fifa since fifa 13 and i have never faced this issue. i`ts only after this update.. and it is specifically for both fc 26 and fc 27 others work fine so idk how can u just blame the wifi out here. why don`t yall check at the backend what changed during this update.. instead of blaming the community. everyone states it started after the update.. but u are here trying to convince people that it`s the wifi that is the problem EA_Aljo​
