Left stick randomly gets stuck in one direction in Ultimate Team, ghost commands

I'm experiencing a very frustrating controller issue in FC 27, mainly in Ultimate Team. During matches, my left stick randomly gets stuck completely to the left, even when I'm physically pushing it to the right. The FC Input Overlay confirms this: both the local input and online response show the stick stuck to the left.

I've already tested two different DualSense controllers, and neither shows any stick drift on external controller testing software. The issue also happens in both Bluetooth and USB wired mode.

I've tried resetting the controllers, resetting FC settings, clearing the PS5 cache, rebuilding the database, creating a new PSN/EA profile, restoring PS5 settings, and even completely factory-resetting my PS5. Nothing fixed it.

Interestingly, I was already experiencing the same issue towards the end of FC 26, and I don't seem to have the problem in offline Kick-Off matches.

It feels like FC suddenly stops registering new left-stick inputs and keeps the previous direction locked, sometimes for several seconds.
