Hi,
I ordered the ultimate edition but i have not recived my premium pass.

I ordered ultimate edition and I had to pay 1000 fifa points to get the premium pass instead of just getting it for free with the ultimate edition I paid for. What do I do?

Hi
I ordered the Ultimate+ edition, but I didn't receive the Premium Pass.

Battle pass never arrived with my pre order. Clicked on it and it used 1000 coins. Can I get compensation please?
