Sky broadband issues

Had menu freezes in fc26 for months and it’s now carried over to fc27 this needs to be sorted wasted 90£

Is there problems with ea and sky cause my game just keeps getting stuck loading 

The Sky Broadband connection issue seems to have carried across from FC26, freezing after a few actions in the menus - which leads to this screen. Searching/buying players, submitting SBCs, opening a new tab, etc. all eventually leads to a stutter and this message. Any idea if this is being investigated?

Feels like a total waste of money buying this installment.

Having the exact same problem when doing anything. All they kept saying to me last year was it was my problem dealing with it basically 😂. If there isn't a fix for it this FC will be my last because I have zero problems on any other game apart from FC and only in menus 

This has been happening since about March now and a new games come out and not only has it not been fixed it’s got worse, every couple packs, every few players that you try to list it freezes, thousands of players are being affected and there’s not been a single attempt at fixing this issue surely you gotta sort it out soon.

Since fut birthday last year. We at sky as a total have struggled to connect to your servers. You blamed the broadband we spoke to the network said its your issue. Got a vpn guess what still no good connection. Then the absoulte cheek of one of your community managers seek another broadband. No mate we won't this is down to you guys to fix. Fc 26 was horrendous due to the sky issue and guess what its back for another year. I thought man if I pay for this surely this won't be an issue no to the surpirse of absoultely no one you haven't fixed it. To call it a joke is an absoulte understatement. Needs fixed ASAP. 

I’m having a serious connection issue on FC 27 Xbox Series S during Division Rivals. My ping normally starts around 10–30ms but suddenly spikes to 800–1,800ms.

In my latest match, my ping started at 14ms and reached 1,473ms, with FC 27 showing UNSTABLE CONNECTION. The game freezes and then catches up.

I have tested Sky WiFi, a Sky WiFi Pod and an iPhone hotspot and the issue still happens. My Xbox network test shows around 17–19ms latency and 0% packet loss.

EA Connection Quality Report also shows poor matches, including an outlier with 44.7ms jitter and a 31/100 score.

Please investigate whether this could be related to FC 27 servers, routing or the EA data centre connection.

I get this also, all other games on my pc i have low latency of around 6 ms. Ive done tests that show the servers seem to be routing my game through the US although i play in the uk which leads to high latency during fc 27 ultimate teams matches. Not managed to find a work around yet.

Exactly the same issue here - kicked out of games despite no connectivity issues and menus constantly crashed leading to game restart being required.
