Hello, I am having a serious bug in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team.

Every time I finish an Ultimate Team match, I receive the following error message:

“At this time, it is not possible to connect to FIFA Ultimate Team. Please return to the main menu.”

Because of this error, the game counts the match as a loss, even though I actually played and completed the match.

I am also having another issue: whenever I use a Quick Substitution, I get disconnected from Ultimate Team and the game takes me out. After that, I repeatedly receive errors related to Ultimate Team and EA servers.

This happens consistently, not just once. My internet connection is working normally, and I do not have connection problems with other games or services.

Could you please investigate whether there is a known bug with Ultimate Team or my account and tell me how I can fix it? I am losing matches because of this issue.
