Every time I play a match, it crashes

I’ve been experiencing the same issue since the game was released. Whenever I play a match in any mode, the screen freezes for some unknown reason, and I subsequently get a notification saying, "EA servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." This kicks me out of the game, and when I log back into Ultimate Team, the match is recorded as a DNF, making it impossible to play.

If any moderator reads this, I need a solution, kinda crazy that you pay the most expensive edition for the game to just not work
