“You lost connection to your opponent”

Can someone for the love of God explain to me why I can’t get through a single entire match in the Grounds (1v1, Rush, 2v2, 3v3, Clubs, etc.) without getting kicked and being told I lost connection to my opponent? It is NOT an internet issue. Every other game functions fine. I can’t even improve my archetype because I get kicked out of every match. Sometimes I get kicked back to the Grounds, other times I get kicked back to the main menu. Please someone help before I delete this game for good. I’m on PS5 by the way and playing the game via game share.
