Haunted Cup / First round missing rewards / group rewards

First 2 times we started this tournament we got a black screen and had to restart the game, and after we got back it said already round 2

we won the tournament like that anyway

after few entries we managed to play the first round and won it i think 2 times but we still didnt get the reward for first round win and group rewards
