CANT PLAY THE GHOUL OBJECTIVE

I am unable to play the ghoul live event when loggin i to the game mode it starts a game once the game begins im unable to play it immediately kicks me out and says opponent left hr match ? Its not the case as I’ve checked and my games don’t get counted  as played ? I’ve tried this on the ps5 and ps4 version of the game and no luck i tried all the stupid quick fixes none work ! It’s not a network issue as I’m able to play all other game modes including rivals rush champs everything even other live event game modes I need assistance asap as the tokens time is running out I don’t want to have grind all this way not to get the rest of the tokens

    Exactly and I’m getting no help !! I contacted ea help ! And they said create a forum and it will be resolved asap now I’m just getting no help ! And it’s really annoying because I grinded so much of tokens and I’ll lose out on these because I can’t play a game !!!

    EA_Darko​ can you please advise ??? I need a resolution ??? I’m losing out on time and a lot of tokens !!
