Draft issue

Hello EA Support,

I played an Offline Draft match in EA FC 27 and won the match. However, immediately after the match, I received a message and was unexpectedly kicked out of Ultimate Team.

When I logged back in, the game showed that I had lost the match, even though I had actually won. There was no internet connection issue, disconnection, or logout from my side during the match.

I believe this was a game/server error, and I would appreciate it if you could check the match and correct the result or compensate me for the Draft entry/rewards I lost.
