    Hey sirjesusss​,

    The Terms of Service team may use templated responses to make sure the information provided is consistent with those in similar situations, but all appeals are reviewed by humans. They don't use automated replies unless it's already reached a point where they've mentioned no further reviews will be performed, but it doesn't sound like that's the case here.

    Please keep an eye on your case history page since you already have an appeal, and the ToS team will get back in touch as soon as they're able to complete the investigation, thanks!

I had the same problem, my friend. I traded manually and legitimately with silver cards used in FUT Gallery. Every single card was bought and sold manually. They wiped 800k coins from my account.

I've already submitted three appeals, and all of them were denied. I appealed again and submitted a fourth dispute based on my DSAR, including evidence and proof. It's been two days now without any update.

It's extremely frustrating, and honestly, I don't think it's going to lead anywhere.

Man, that is brutal. Wiping 800k coins on top of a false ban is absolutely gutting, especially when every single transaction was done manually. I am really sorry you are dealing with that.

 

The fact that three appeals were instantly denied just shows how broken the support pipeline can be. Going the DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) route was honestly a very smart move, though—forcing them to confront the actual raw data and timestamps under data privacy regulations is probably the only way to get around the generic rejection templates.

 

I am still waiting on my first appeal (heading into day 3 with no updates), but hearing your situation is deeply concerning for anyone trying to play and trade legitimately. 

 

Please keep us posted on how the DSAR case turns out. If that finally forces an actual human specialist to look at your logs and overturn the decision, it could be a crucial roadmap for others in the same boat. Hang in there, mate!
