FC 27 Evolution Eligibility Bug

I am experiencing an issue with the Future Stars Evolution in FC 27 involving Mateus Mané, the Wolverhampton Wanderers player.

I previously had a Mateus Mané card that I put through an Evolution. I submitted that evolved card into an SBC because I wanted to start a new Future Stars Evolution using his normal base card.

However, the game is still giving me the error message: “You already have an Evolution version of this player.”

The previous evolved card has already been submitted into an SBC, and I no longer have it in my club. Despite this, the game is still preventing me from evolving his base card.

I believe this is a bug with the Evolution eligibility system, as the game appears to be recognizing an Evolution card that I no longer own.

Could you please investigate this issue and help reset the Evolution eligibility for Mateus Mané so I can complete the Future Stars Evolution?

    As Per EA

“ I understand you are experiencing an issue where the game incorrectly prevents you from evolving a player because it believes you still possess an Evolution version, even though you have already submitted that card into an SBC.

This appears to be a known backend synchronization error where the game’s servers fail to update the "Evolution status" of a player once they are removed from your club. Because the system checks for the historical creation of that specific Evolution on your account rather than verifying current inventory, the restriction persists despite the card being gone.

I have noted these details, including the platform (PS5) and the specific nature of the error, and will escalate this to our technical team for further investigation into your account’s Evolution flags. “
