FC PRO OPEN LADDER DISCONNECTION

I completed an FC Pro Open Ladder match on PS5 and won the game. Immediately after the match ended, I was disconnected from the EA servers and the win did not register correctly on my FC Pro Open Ladder record and registered as a loss.

I have a screen recording showing the match, the final score/result and the subsequent disconnection.

This is particularly important because the FC Pro Open Ladder uses peak skill rating for qualification.
