Feedback on Pack Weight (FIFA 13 - FC 27)
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to share my deep frustration regarding my long-term experience with Ultimate Team, specifically concerning pack weights and probabilities.
I have been a loyal and dedicated player of the franchise since FIFA 13. Over all these years, I have opened a massive number of packs, but my account’s pack luck has consistently been exceptionally poor, far below any reasonable statistical expectation given my long-term engagement.
It is disheartening that veteran players who have supported the game for over a decade feel penalized or ignored by such an unrewarding pack system. I kindly request that my account feedback be forwarded to the development and game balancing teams to review how pack distribution and RNG affect long-term veteran players.

Thank you for the feedback. I can absolutely understand investing so much time without getting the results you're hoping to see would be disheartening.
Just to clarify, do keep in mind that all accounts are treated exactly the same in terms of the pack probabilities/RNG. Someone that's just started or has switched platforms at some point has the exact same probability as any other player. There's more details on how this works below.
