Matchmaking

Good day all 

I face opponents in div5 rivals they’re like elite players how come I played with my friends accounts they are better in game than me but their opponents are easier than mine the reason I need to know is why? I swear even the play experience is better everything is smooth should I start again from new account or what? Algorithms that u programmed on matchmaking need to be clarify for me please.
