Rivals - Score First and Goal Machine not tracking

For the past two weeks, I’ve had this objective listed in Rivals: "Score two consecutive goals to receive a +1 Rivals boost." It pops up every single match, yet I never actually receive the reward.

Platform: PlayStation 5

I’m experiencing a persistent Division Rivals Bounty glitch.

My active bounty says “Win your next match” and offers +2 Rivals progression points.

However, after winning matches, I only receive my normal Rivals progression points. The additional +2 points are never awarded, and the same bounty remains stuck on my account.

I’ve played multiple matches, but the bounty refuses to clear or refresh. This also prevents new bounties from appearing.

Expected behaviour: After winning a match, the bounty should be completed, the additional 2 Rivals points should be awarded, and a new bounty should become available.

Actual behaviour: I receive normal progression points, but the bounty remains permanently stuck.

Please investigate this issue and reset the stuck bounty on affected accounts.

Hey elsahy22​ there is nothing more to add to this.

If a thread or post is moved or merged then it was done for a reason, we do not go into detail as to the reasons why.

There is no such thing as thread seniority or anything like that.

First of all, to avoid any misunderstanding, I deeply appreciate the efforts of both the moderators and fellow members who report bugs. Human errors are completely understandable given the high volume of daily posts.

My point is simply that merging threads needs clearer guidelines. While thread seniority is important and rewards the first person who found the bug, it must be paired with the quality of the bug description to help the developers.

Additionally, moderators should leave a reply explaining why a thread was merged. Recently, several of my posts were merged into other threads that have absolutely nothing to do with them. This makes it harder for developers to spot the bug, as they usually review the main post and rarely dive deep into the replies, a clear example being the thread I referenced in the link.

We will move and merge threads for community health elsahy22​ and there is no such thing as thread superiority or anything like that. 

If a thread or post is moved there will have been a reason for it.

I know this, but my issue isn't with merging based on the problem matching and the seniority of the topics. Sometimes the topics are not matching; meaning, I post an issue and another person posts a completely unrelated issue, yet my topic gets merged with theirs. Like This one :

​The other issue is that, for example, my thread on this bug has been up for over 10 days, and it was merged into a newer thread, even though I am discussing more details—not just this bounty, but multiple types—whereas the author of that thread is only talking about one type.

Hey elsahy22​ posts about the same issue will often be merged to an existing thread to make things easier. It is better to have one large thread for an issue rather than 10 smaller ones.

Hello Darko, recently I noticed that some of my topics are being converted into replies in other threads. I don't mind this, but my problem is that they sometimes get moved to unrelated topics, or into threads created more recently than mine (for example, the thread we are in was created over 6 days ago, while the other thread is only 3 days old, which seems to follow thread seniority). In all these instances, I never find any reply from a moderator explaining who is responsible for moving the topic so I can discuss it with them. I don't have a big issue with this as long as our opinions help improve the game overall—whether through topics or replies—but sometimes the situation can be quite frustrating.

Have been stuck on the score first Division Rivals bounty for 2+ weeks. It doesn’t give it to me when I do it and doesn’t go away regardless of whether I do it or not. 

have restarted the game several times. Have uninstalled/reinstalled.
