0,49 Cent daily tots offer Not working.

Hello Fc mobile,

I have bought a 0,49 cent offer called “Daily tots” It said that guaranteed was 200000 coins and the bonus was: 10 Draft vouchers, 110-116 Player Rank up points, Tots  shards or something like that. There could be more but since I already bought it I dont see the offer. so I bought the offer and it only gave me the tots shards with 200000 coins. It said BONUS on all of then which says that it would be a bonus if I bought so I would have gotten all of then. Please give me a refund or my items.
