3 H2H losses due to Cherry 0x0200010F disconnection error

Subject: Urgent: 3 H2H Losses Caused by “Cherry 0x0200010F” Disconnection Error

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support,

I am writing to report a serious and repeated connection issue that occurred during my H2H matches on August 28 and August 29, 2026.

I was disconnected from 3 separate H2H matches and received a loss for each match, despite not intentionally leaving any of the matches.

The exact error displayed was:

“DISCONNECTION ERROR – Network Problem (Cherry) 0x0200010F”

I have attached a screenshot showing the error.

My internet connection was working normally, and I did not manually disconnect from the matches. However, FC Mobile disconnected me and counted all three matches as losses. This has unfairly affected my H2H ranking and progress.

I strongly request EA to:

Investigate all 3 affected matches from August 28–29, 2026 using my account and match/server logs.

Determine the actual cause of the Cherry 0x0200010F disconnections.

Restore the H2H ranking points/progress lost due to these technical disconnections, if the server logs confirm that the losses were not caused by intentional disconnection.

Investigate why this error is causing players to receive automatic losses.

Provide an explanation and solution so this does not happen again.

It is extremely frustrating to lose three H2H matches without actually losing them through normal gameplay. These automatic losses have directly damaged my ranking and progress.

Please review the server logs and match history associated with my account rather than treating these as normal defeats.

Error: Cherry 0x0200010F

Affected matches: 3 H2H matches

Dates: August 28 & August 29, 2026

Evidence: Screenshot attached

I would appreciate a fair investigation and appropriate restoration of the ranking progress lost because of this technical issue.

Sincerely,

FahimJohnson
