Account login issue

I want to ask about my game ID. Originally, I created this account on the very first day using my Apple ID and Game Center on my iPhone, so everything was connected to Apple. Later on, around 2024, I linked it with Google Play Games so that I could also play on an Android device since I have a second device.

However, I think I had logged into my friend's Google Mail ID on my phone, and somehow his data/mail ID got overwritten or linked with my game account. Ever since then, he has been able to log into my game account on his Android device using that same email ID. Even though my account was originally created via Game Center / Apple ID and my own email ID is connected to it, he can still access it on Android, while I can also log in from my email—basically, it's allowing logins from everywhere.

I want to remove all these external connections completely so that ONLY my iPhone / Apple ID access remains, and no one else can log in from Android or any other connection. In the future, I only want to log in through the official EA/game site or my iPhone.

Please tell me how to reset and disconnect everything. I even completely uninstalled the game—deleting the game and its data—thinking it would solve it, but the issue persists, and he is still able to log in. Since deleting the game didn't remove the connection, how do I permanently remove these connections?

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out and explaining the situation.

    As outlined in our official guide on Save your progress in EA SPORTS FC Mobile once any account (such as Google Play, Apple ID, Facebook, etc.) has been linked to your FC Mobile account, it cannot be unlinked or disconnected.

    Because these account links are permanent, deleting the game, clearing local data, or reinstalling the app will not remove the connection. Since community managers and advisors cannot manually break or alter linked third-party connections, your best path forward for security is to coordinate directly with your friend to ensure they log out of the game on their device, or look into securing and removing your account credentials from any shared devices.
