Beginner fast track issue

I purchased the beginner fast track rewards yesterday and claimed the first reward. Then today it has disappeared and I cannot claim any more rewards. I can see others have had this issue before, how do I resolve it? I raised a case with support but they have closed it with no resolution other than reporting it as a bug. Anyone had any luck getting their money back?
