Black screen loading screen

When starting the game the screen gets stuck in black screen and nothing happens!! I can't do anything and can't play the game tried everything any solution?

    Sorry this is happening for you. It might help to get a visual on what you're seeing. Could you pop up a screenshot, please?

    At what stage is this happening? Are you getting past the login screen? Are you loading into the homescreen?
