BUG - Pedri does not appear in the Player Signing/Exchange

I am experiencing an issue where a player in my inventory cannot be selected or found in the specific Exchange player pool.

 

As shown in the attached screenshots, I have a 115 OVR CM Pedri in my player inventory (My Team). However, when I go to the Player Signing / Exchange menu to convert players into tokens/points, Pedri does not appear in the eligible players list at all, even though other players of the same OVR and card type (like Zidane, Van Dijk, and Yildiz) are showing up correctly.

 

The player is not locked and is not currently in my active lineup, so he should be available for the exchange.

    Some of my player cards are not appearing in star signing release or extra time token exchange. It is happening with tradable and nontradable both type of cards. When EA will solve this issues?

    Yea same with me pedri 115 is not appearing in the signings in my players
