Bug inside the POTM exchange

Hello Ea sports, i have a bug where i was going to exchange players for a POTM player. I had all the players but it dosen't let me exchange them. It says Limit0/1 i Never exchanged any players so it should be Limit1/1. And by the way my username is MBAPPE21111110 if you could fix it that would be awesome. Thank you.
