Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the Weekly Quests in FC Mobile.

Specifically, the quest "Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge" which requires me to "Join a Weekend Challenge" is not progressing. I have already joined and participated in two Weekend Challenges (and won one of them), but the quest progress remains at 0/1.

This issue is preventing me from completing my Weekly Quests and claiming the 200 Rank Up Points reward before the timer expires.

Account Details:

User ID: *snip*

Device: Samsung Galaxy 14 4G

Region: Bangladesh

I have attached a screenshot showing that I have completed other quests but this specific one remains locked despite my participation. Could you please look into this and credit the quest progress or the rewards to my account?

ITS exsactly the Same for me. Ive finished three Weekend Festival fixtures and the Quest still ist finished.

Hi all. Yes the quest is still broken, it was not fixed. It has been acknowledged and escalated.
Please DO NOT create new threads as that only spams the forums and prevents users with other issues to get a prompt response to their other queries. Your own new threads on this issue will not fix it the bug any faster.
