Bug Report: Kick Off Missions Missing from Activity Tab

Issue: Missing Content / Bug Report

Description:

Since the latest TOTY update, the Kick Off Missions tab is completely missing from my Activity/Quests menu. Despite completing the required match requirements, I cannot see the missions or claim the associated rewards (including Gems and Draft Tokens).

I have already tried restarting the app and clearing the cache, but the tab remains missing. Please verify my account eligibility and restore the mission tab or grant the missing rewards to my account.

Hi everyone — thanks for reaching out on the forums. I have a quick question to help narrow this down: can you confirm whether the Kickoff Mission closed right after you claimed the Day 7 reward on your account?

I had dembelle with me and its also visible in my fc mobile history but I don't know where it went. Plus I can't see toty kick off missions

In my ID it's not showing even after I refresh it and clear the cache of it fix this fast and I have rights to get compensation.i can't even get those draft voucher in that event

In my account there is a bug , it's that there is no Kick off mission, i tried it several time and again and again, I did everything reopen,reinstall and refresh but it didn't work, please set my this bug as soon as possible

I can't see the new kick off missions on my fc mobile account and neither any of my friends can. I tried to login into my account a second time, but it didn't show up again. EA please solve this issue immediately.
