Can’t Claim Badge Reward

When you click claim for right flank attack, the game crashes.

I unlocked first group on that event "Heroes in Britain", but when I go to my squad and see equiped badges I see that I don't have additional boosts from both groups. I should get additional +10 on short passing, long shot, balance, strength, ball contorol and shot power based on those groups. So I wanted to check what is the problem

When I click on Badge section in main menu, then go to uefa dreamchasers, then groups I unlocked second boost "Right Flank Attack" I have all 3 requested players but I can't claim reward of 20 milion coins. Also I unlocked first group on that event "Heroes in Britain", but when I go to my squad and see equiped badges I see that I don't have additional boosts from both groups. This is a bug. I am also facing this issue. Since rarely any players are able to complete these badge groups, this bug is not getting that much noise for EA to solve it. Otherwise EA takes weeks to solve bugs if they are causing issues for players. But they will surely solve it within minutes if bugs favor the players or give them extra rewards

Also facing this exact same issue on iOS 

I have completed the requirements for 'Right Flank Attack' 'but it will not let me claim the bonus (20m coins), when I click it gives 'Unkown Error[500006]' and the bonus attributes do not appear on my squad badge bonuses. 

Its happening to me too, soo annoying cos I'm still using 115s and need the stat upgrades
