Can’t claim rewards tokens in hard and easy in ‘Road to icon’ chapter

I don’t  know why but even when I complete my matches in hard and easy I still can’t claim the rewards (as you can see in the screenshots). But I can easily claim crazy without any problem. This has been happening since the start of week 2. I play these every day and still can’t claim the rewards. This is very irritating and I have wasted a lot of time because of this. I demand compensation.
