Can someone tell me why i cant exange my Rajkaard card for tokens?

Picture would be nice so we can see whats going on? Is he not showing up or there is some error?

As you can see Davies is from the same event and can be exchanged however Rajkaard cant be exchanged and they are from the same event

Have you tried removing him from all the lineups?

Yes he is out of the squad idk what to do
