Can't leave League – Error 200013 (need fix before Thursday)

Hi EA Support,

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC Mobile and I’m having a problem with the League feature.

Every time I try to leave my current League, I get the following message:
"You are not a member of this League (Error 200013)"

But in the game, I’m still shown as being part of that League. I can’t join a new League or claim rewards. I already tried restarting the game, reinstalling, and even clearing app data — but nothing worked.

Please help remove me from the bugged League or reset my League status.

My info:

- IGN (In-Game Name): Ronaldo
- User ID (in settings): [Removed]
- Device: iPhone  
- OS version: IOS 15.8.3
- Country: Vietnam

This is urgent because I need to join a new League before Thursday to receive event rewards.

    Thanks for flagging this. We've been looking into it and I've got great news on this front! This issue should now be resolved.

    Please fully close out of the game, reopen it, and double-check if that error message still appears.

    I can't leave the league too ,

    when I click exit it says: You are not a member of this league. [200013]

    Facing the same issue since almost 4 weeks now , posted a thread to this forum earlier yet nobody cares to provide a solution to this

    Why does ea keep ignoring this problem? I reported this issue and no answer. What a great service

    I was looking for a new league to join after getting bored of my old one when I randomly got an invite to a random league. I decided to join it but when I did it said I didn't count as a member even though I can see ui for the league. I cannot interact with any of the league's ui such as the rewards and league tournament. I can only interact with the league chat. Whenever I try to leave it gives me an error saying "You are not a member of this league. [200013]". I decided to ask the league owner if they were able to kick me but it didn't allow them to, so now I am stuck in this league without being able to obtain any of the benefits/rewards.

    I can not leave league, also could not complete challenges, collect rewards. Error [200013] etc shown.
