Connectivity issues

fix this.. signal issue along the game n i cant play.. while my signal provider is good.. sick CM: Edited to update thread title to include more context

Further to what Pulsar said, just because your signal strength to either a cell tower or your Wi-Fi access point is good, it does not mean that your provider has good routing to your local EA server, or that their available bandwidth on the peering links is sufficient. Also, when it comes to H2H, it's a little bit more complex when it comes to connectivity between two players.
