Couldn't score a goal while opponent has bad wifi

I was playing scouting camp with good wifi, and my opponent had bad wifi, but u decided it was best to let me suffer while his team played well and his bad wifi was affecting my game, he scored 4 goals with that BAD WIFI while I scored none

So how come I get affected but he doesn't,
