Daily task - UNKNOWN ERROR [10000]

I have been experiencing the same issue when trying to claim my daily task rewards for 2 weeks.  Exact same error messages when i press claim and then I am dumped to the home screen.  I have 3 unclaimable tasks.  I have tried the game on 2 different devices, 2 different networks, restarted both devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both devices, cleared Safari cache.  Nothing helps
