Didn't receive gems after promotion

I reached 10 stars in VS Attack yesterday but didn't receive any gems, it only played the animation but showed no pack. I decided to wait 24 hours, since this has happened before but I got the rewards later, but now, its been a whole day, I restarted the game multiple times too but still havent received my gems
