Division Rival - Relegated to wrong Division

For Division rival, relegated to the wrong division. Suppose to relegate only 5 mini divisions according to the rules. I started from Champion so should go down to Legendary V but I was sent to World Class V instead. That’s 10 mini divisions relegation. It happens to all three modes that I played and for the 2nd season in a row.
