Division Rivals : VSA Match Record Glitch

I was going through a friend's VSA profile, and noticed a bunch of "Loss" marked, despite him getting positive stars (+1/+2) and progressing to FC Champion, and him clearly recalling winning those matches. This Bug/Glitch makes the result of match unclear, and does not provide good clarity as to a player's Division Rivals record. Do work on this at the earliest.
