Ea bug

When I get a corner and when I kick the ball from corner the ball did not fly like towards players head the ball just move on ground when I click to player for corner the player kick ball only in ground not in air .

Is this any settings to on or off or it's a bug or glitch 😭😭😭 

Pls help me
