Ea should fix David raya

So i have a penalty shootout, the whole game was normal until that penalty shootout. The thing is when opponent shoot the ball my goalkeeper keeps falling and won't save it, no he doesn't jump but like dodging the ball.. Any direction i touched or swap the keeper keep dodging the ball and falling. unlike normal keeper who atleast jump?
