Has ea started to fix this issue because it’s been going on for a long time. I even have enough players to exchange for tokens and get the 12k picks . I don’t understand why it’s taking so long and why this issue is only for a few people

My username is eamon and my uid *snip* and my region is Australia and is says the same thing for two weeks I’ve done everything like reinstall the app it’s up-to-date. I’ve done everything and they keep saying sorry sorry something is wrong. Please try again later. I have 125 season pick tokens and I will be really pissed if the season ends and I can’t use them.
