Fc mobile crash

Hi EA Support,

I'm experiencing a crash when I try to launch FC Mobile. I keep getting the following error code:

0x0A082FFEB12E9D208 100B002E00007FFFFFFF

I’ve already tried the following steps:

Cleared cache and data

Reinstalled the game

Switched networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data)

Updated my device

Disabled VPNs or blockers

My device details:6+6 gb ram. 128 rom

Model: Infinix X6531

Android version: 14

Please advise if this is a known issue or if there’s a fix for it.
