FC Mobile market pick crash

I cannot exchange my players for the market pick tokens it is saying UNKNOWN ERROR (10002) what should I do ??

Error in winning matches
The problem starts when I become a FC champion. I win matches, but sometimes my stars are taken away. For example, I had 3 stars, and when I played again to get 4 stars, it went back to 0.
